Sectors We Serve
Concrete cutting isn't limited to one type of construction. A new commercial building, a residential remodel, a highway project, and an industrial facility may all require very different approaches but they share one thing in common. Concrete has to be modified, opened, removed, or carefully worked around.
From a single core hole to large scale demolition and infrastructure work, we provide slab sawing, wall sawing, core drilling, GPR scanning, general and selective demolition, and excavation services with each service chosen according to the needs of the project.
Industrial
Industrial projects involve thick concrete, heavy reinforcement, and complex utility systems, while having structures that need to remain operational while construction takes place.
Our services are commonly used for equipment foundations, utility penetrations, mechanicaland electrical installations, structural modifications, and facility upgrades.
Core drilling is commonly used to make openings for plumbing, electrical. HVAC, and other mechanical systems.
Wall sawing and slab cutting can be used to make new openings and trenches through existing concrete.
From distribution centers to storage and manufacturing warehouses, our technicians have the skills it takes to complete these jobs with accuracy and efficiency.
Commercial
Commercial construction is constantly evolving. Buildings are remodeled, businesses change tenants, new utilities are installed, and spaces are reimagined to serve new purposes. Our work helps make those changes possible.
We commonly assist with retrofits, tenant improvements, office renovations, multifamily rennovations, retail spaces, restaurants, parking structures, and building upgrades.
We work with general contractors and other corporations to complete commercial buildings of all sizes.
Government Work
From civic buildings, to roads, to water treatment plants, we continue to serve local governments as well as working on state and federal property. Our repuation as a concrete cutting and demolition contractor is in good standing with numerous ordinances in the bay area and central valley as our quality, professionalism, and attention to detail is some of the best in the area that makes us stand out from most companies.
Public works are some of the projects that leave a lasting impact on a community. From city streets and civic buildings, to water treatment facilities and state or federal property, we understand the responsibility that comes with working on projects that serve the public.
We work alongside general contractors, engineers, municipalities, and public agencies to provide precise concrete cutting, core drilling, GPR scanning, and demolition. We maintain a strong commitment to safety, communication, and quality workmanship. Whether the project is to renovate and existing facility or help prepare for a new phase of infrastructure, our goal is simple, complete the work efficiently, minimize disruption, and comply with all regulations, and requirements pertaining to the project.

Infrastructure
Infrastructure projects are where concrete cutting becomes part of something much larger. Roads, bridges, transportation systems, utilities, and public facilities all depend on concrete, and when those systems need to be repaired, upgraded, or expanded, precise cutting and removal plays a critical role.
Slab cutting or flat sawing are commonly used for roadway repairs, pavement work, utility trenching, joint cutting, and concrete removal.
Core drilling can create openings for utilities, drainage systems, and other infrastructure components.
Wall sawing and specialized cutting methods can be used when modifying existing structures, bridges, retaining walls, and other heavily reinforced concrete elements.
GPR scanning can also be useful before cutting into existing infrastructure to help identify reinforcement and embedded objects. When larger sections need to be removed, controlled demolition and concrete removal help prepare the area for reconstruction.
Public works often require coordination with multiple trades and strict attention to safety, scheduling, and enviromental requirements.
We understand our portion of the work is one piece of a much larger project. That's why are goal is to complete our work efficiently so the next phase can keep moving.
Renovations and Retrofits
Renovations and retrofits are some of the more interesting projects because you're working with what's already there. They can also be tedius, but don't worry, we are used to that.
Existing buildings may have limited access, outdated plans, unknown utilities, and decades of concrete that's already been reinforced and built around. That is why careful planning becomes especially important.
From updating an older home to converting a commercial space or modernizing an industrial facility, renovations and retrofits are often about finding the right way to make something new fit into someting that already exist.
We enjoy being part of that process and helping projects move forward without starting completely from scratch.
GPR scanning can help identify rebar, PT cables, conduits, and other embedded objects before cutting, drilling, and demolishing. Once the area is understood, core drilling can create new openings for plumbing, electrical, HVAC, fire sprinkler, and mechanical systems without requiring large scale demolition.
Slab cutting can provide access for new underground utilities, while wall sawing can make new doorways, windows, and structural openings.
Selective demolition can then remove only what's necessary while leaving the rest of the building intact.
Not every building gets torn down when it needs to change. Sometimes, you just have to find a way to make the old work with the new.
